Spring Kaleidoscope Sale

April 5-7, 2019

The spring sale, Kaleidoscope of the Arts, is approaching fast. It's on April 5 - 7, 2019.
Setup day is Thursday, April 4th from 2-9pm. The hours of the sale are Friday 6-9pm, Sat. & Sun. from 10-5pm
Because the All Guilds Show is NOT running at the same time as Kaleidoscope, we will be in the Lee Chin Gallery again (just like Christmas), rather than in the Shoreline/Rotary rooms.
If you would like a table, half table, be part of the guild table or want 2 tables, please go to this link and fill out the form:
https://form.jotform.com/90165912461253
Signup is only open until February 15, so sign up soon!
Those wanting 2 tables will only get 2 if there are more than enough single tables to go around for everyone, then they will be assigned on a first come first serve basis, based on when you submitted your form.
We will, once again, be doing raku teabowls for the kiddies activities on the Saturday of that weekend.
For those of you needing volunteer hours, you could throw some teabowls before and for the event. They will need to be bisque fired and waxed before as well. If you are interested in throwing some teabowls, please let me know.
Please note that this year we are doing considerably more publicity for the sale and those of you you in the sale will be asked to post ads on social media that we
will supply to everyone in the sale and to all others who are interested in helping to promote the sale and ultimately the success of the guild. This advertising will be available within the next 2
weeks. There will be other publicity avenues and once everything is finalized in the next week or so, we will send out more information on that and ask that everyone help out in getting the word out of this event.
