Members, if you want to fire any of the electric kilns at the AGB, you need to take this workshop that takes place over 3 days. Cost: $40

Friday, Sept 27, 7-9ish pm

• load kilns, both bisque and glaze

• program kilns to fire

Saturday, Sept 28, 9am -4pm

• fire off kilns

• learn about firing process

• make cone packs

• learn about glaze defects, safety, etc.

• practice programming the kiln

Sunday, Sept 29, 2-4pm

• unload kilns and discuss results

Participants are encouraged to bring ware to bisque and glaze fire on FRIDAY pm so it can be loaded into the kilns. Cost of kiln rentals are included in the workshop.
